EAST LONGMEADOW — East Longmeadow’s JB’s Ice Cream Factory is looking back on its history in town after 40 years of churning, scooping and serving authentic hard ice cream.
Improvements to Szot Park will begin soon after the City Council approved a $1 million grant and bond authorization at its Oct. 20 meeting.
